Introducing Our Company

BIOCOL PHARMA a.s. (PLC) was founded in the Czech Republic in 2014 and follows with the history of research studies on BIOCOL® reaching as far back as 1972. Biocol isan active substance and a product of metabolism of a specific microorganism.

In 2013 to 2014 some long-term discussions and verifications of applyingthe active substance in products have lead to the foundation of BIOCOL PHARMA. Afterwards we have built on activities of people and companies close to Dr. Eduard Sardaryan who discovered the microorganism. Ithas been a property of Dr. Sardaryan's family since the very beginnings, and Bimedicals.r.o. has become its patent holder. As a consequence, an exclusive license agreement has been made between the patent holder Bimedicals.r.o. and our company to manufacture and distribute products containing BIOCOL®.

Since the company'sestablishment,a preparation phase had taken place to set up and conduct the manufacture, marketing and business strategies. This phase ended in May 2015 with a first product being introduced to the Czech market called PENOXAL. Our intention is to prepare other products containing BIOCOL®.

The manufacture of the active substance and supplements is in compliance with the most stringent standards of HACCP quality certification (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) which involves an input and output control of the raw materials. The end quality of our products including their manufacture and storage takes place under strict scrutiny.

Together with Dr. Eduard Sardaryan and Bimedicals.r.o. we continue to optimise the biotechnological manufacture of BIOCOL® while collaborating with microbiologists and experts in the field. In order to attain the best results possible, our continuous research in the product efficacy is naturally an important matter of course. We also collaborate with many specialists in the following areas: oncology, gynaecology and gastroenterology.

Our company focuses primarily on the Czech market and other EU countries. However, we are forming ties in Georgia, Turkey, Cyprus, Ukraine, Israel, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Lebanon, Albania and Kosovo.
